Background & Scope: Appointed as project managers to initiate this development, we scoped the vision of the complex with the intention of completely reviving the Duncraig Shopping Centre. Originally located on a plot of land that was used as a fuel station, we were responsible for managing and coordinating all environmental clearances for its desired use.
In addition we established a feasible business case to ensure that we create a high demand product to coincide with a sales and marketing plan that would carry strong support.
The project is presently undergoing detailed design and is scheduled for completion in mid 2011.
