The story so far...

Emmaus Developments Pty Ltd is a family and WA owned company that specialises in land and property development. What started off as a single project business in 2005 has now grown into a full and well connected company, with a well established reputation in the marketplace. Recalling our first project of a somewhat precarious piggery farm, the company has since shown excellent growth over the last few years.

Our secret has been very simple - Surround yourself with passionate and enthusiastic people who feel strongly about doing things differently and being more effective than anyone else. We believe that you are only as good as the vision your business is built on and the people that support that vision, and this has in my experience rung true in years even prior to Emmaus. Yes, before Emmaus Developments I built up and sold a sizeable and very successful civil contracting company established over 21 years. My son who has joined me in management, has gained his experience from working in the construction industry in the UK and has brought a range of fresh expertise and initiatives to the business from his skills gained there. Even with the experience of a number of business ventures, management positions and projects between us, we still find it very satisfying when delivering a project with the success and diligence set out at the beginning.

Although we might recognise that the company is young, we know that the track record of those people at the wheel of this business stretches much further than Emmaus Developments. Save to say, it has been a great journey this far and the future remains promising as we continue to embark on large scale land developments, along with smaller commercial and residential projects. It therefore remains our belief and passion to always impart, provide and learn from our environment so to further a better future for everyone that comes in contact with the Emmaus name.
