Background & Scope: We were appointed as project managers to plan and manage this residential development. With only 2,400m² of lot area to work with, we used intelligent design principles to create 9 exclusive buildings.

Our appointment included –

• Progressing all planning and designs to achieve DA and Building License approvals.
• Sourcing the most competitive building contractor through tender.
• Securing the building specifications and contracting out any added items for quotations.
• Managing the quality criteria of the build, along with all costs and time schedules.
• Conducting practical completion inspections and overseeing handover.
• Securing marketing plans and addressing any post construction defects.

The project was a success in that it was delivered under budget and within scope.
