Cameron Australasia engaged our services in 2009 to assist with scoping an industrial development for their new subsea sales and assembly facility in Perth. Cameron is one of the leading producers of flow equipment products, systems and services worldwide to the oil, gas and process industries.

Our brief was to fully procure and initiate a project plan for a specialist facility that would effectively service their West Australian market. We assisted in land use planning, property acquisition due diligence, investment property analysis and stakeholder management to tailor the best development option to their brief.

The initiation of the project has now been completed. This should be an exciting development moving forward.
