Emmaus Projects started by branching off from Emmaus Developments in April 2007 to operate independently as a property development planning and project management company.

As a boutique family business, we have 30 years of local and international project experience between our directors in civil and building projects. We service private individuals and enterprises, along with public corporations and various government organisations throughout Western Australia.

Our experience is derived from managing multi-disciplinary teams and various stakeholder groups on land subdivision, residential housing, commercial building and industrial developments. It is this experience that contributes to our prudent attitude towards risk management and is at the foundation of the planning and controls that we introduce when realising project success.

Having moved into our new office space at the beginning of 2010, we continued to invest in systems and facilities that can better accommodate various project designs and workloads. Our support and supplier networks of verified consultants and contractors have grown with us over the years. We continue to hold privilege in the role that we fulfill as advisors and managers in working alongside some of the best professionals in the property industry.
