It has been a strong month for due diligence and feasibility reports. Developers are sensing that market confidence is on the increase and we have been engaged to examine the development potential of various projects. Our project initiation development cover a large range of services that can be tailored to any land, industrial, commercial or residential project.

Furthermore, results from our investigation are coming up strong. We find that sellers are more realistc about selling prices and due to 2009’s decline in construction activity, contractors are again competitive to win business. Product is moving slower and the lending requirements unfortunately still high, but this all is factored into the project risk model that eventually forms part of the risk management plan.

If January was to be the property development thermometer for 2010, we could see some good growth for the year. .
