We have various projects currently moving forward very well. The Zuvela Estate is running right on schedule, most likely to be completed in early December. We have also had word this week from the City of Wanneroo that they support a zoning amendment for the 34 Marri Road project. Following approval from the Minister of Planning, we should be able to present a much larger project to the market.

August is also starting to look good for finance approvals. There is a general consensus in the market that banks are being more generous with their lending criteria, therefore we have spent more time this month meeting due diligence requests. Most land projects are also being pushed towards construction, with developers wishing to realise the return in market confidence.
