The Duncraig Shopping Centre is soon to be transformed after gaining DA approval from the City of Joondalup for the construction of a mixed use residential/commercial building. Our architectural and traffic management consultants engaged their best efforts in addressing the queries regarding the traffic flow and building height, finally receiving the much anticipated council and community support for the development.

We have engaged in a procurement plan which has recently received client approval. The procurement of the consulting team has also commenced, although construction is likely to only start towards the end of 2010.
