1. Compliance certification and as constructed documentation is acquired from contractors and consultants giving surety that the end product comply with industry, building and quality standards.

2. Break down the contract specification criteria and conduct third party quality audits to guarantee compliance to the agreed scope of works.

3. All issues are noted and followed up continuously until a satisfactory level of standard is achieved, whilst supporting the issue of final completion certificates and releasing final retention monies.

5. Source and distribute various system operating manuals, arrange for system induction training to be performed by qualified personnel and nominate property maintenance contractors.

This ensures that the handover to occupancy remains as seamless and trouble free to our clients as possible.
