Each of our projects are documented to assure that a high level of accountability is exercised throughout all project areas.

It also encourages project stakeholders are act responsibly, aware that their performance is being weighted against the conditions of their engagement.

Our internal management system records the flow of project information between stakeholders, whilst the project communication plan stipulates the approved methods for information distribution between the project team.

By doing this, we securely track, source, archive and distribute project related documents and correspondence to assure that an accurate record of stakeholder conversations, agreements and engagements are documented.

We are also now working on bringing our internal management systems to you online. This would mean that our clients would be able to access project related documents from a central online access point.

It is another way in which we aim to simplify document processing and service our clients better.
