Our quality objective is to make sure that we meet your expectations in the end product delivery and our quality systems, procedures and controls eliminate the costs associated with project errors.
Whether we are engaged in a large industrial development, or simply a duplex subdivision, we take quality very seriously.
We start by building quality assurance into every aspect of the project. This includes the project scope plan (time, cost, specification and resources), communication management processes, risk analysis methodology, performance reporting procedures, safety management protocols and procurement plan strategies. How do we do this?
-
We make sure that consultants and contractors are screened and selected in accordance with their history of service, probity and workmanship delivered on previous projects.
-
We collaborate with the project team and various stakeholders to define the quality expectations and make sure that total quality management is achieved.
-
We checklist and audit the deliverables of their engagements, adding to their criteria if needed and communicating clearly the procedures and processes to be followed.
-
Once the quality standard and criteria is planned, we deliver this plan by implementing and assessing the effectiveness of the activities and control initiatives that has been agreed.
Feel free to read our quality policy and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding our quality practices.
