The latest project by Emmaus Developments has been the Graceland Estate in Aubin Grove. The 4.6 hectare block was purchased for development in 2005 and subdivided into 47 individual lots with densities ranging from R20 to R40.

Emmaus Projects have just recently opted to project manage the development of a 9 unit grouped housing lot, which Emmaus Developments retained after the sale of the Graceland Estate (detailed above). Even though the lot is zoned for strata purpose, Danmar Homes have consented to designing each double story (3×2) property to individual standards, as to provide each new owner with a unique and tailored property.
Below you can download the plans for each individual residence, whilst also giving you the opportunity to register your interest on any of the lots. Also check out the notes from the project manager. His comments are very informative and helpful.

Tomorrow
The most exciting project that is currently on the horizon will have to be a 2.3 hectare residential land development in Beeliar. Emmaus Projects have recently completed a successful due diligence on this lot to move the contract to its unconditional stage. The project would very much compliment the Yangebup area as it is surrounded by developed land. Although it is early days to start looking at a construction date, we recommend that you stay tuned as we will keep you in the loop with how things are progressing.
