We are pleased to say that our projects under construction are performing well. Zuvela is continuing on schedule. We will be bonding items like the landscaping of the public open space and the estate fencing, but all major work item will be completed prior to titles being achieved. Credit to CKG Contracting and AK Consulting Engineers for their diligence in managing the construction contract, whilst making sure that all stakeholders remain informed and updated on the progress.

We have also gained entry to 2 government supplier panels in September. Access to these panels is granted through open market tendering and we are looking forward to providing our services in these areas. Due diligence requests are continuing to roll in. We foresee the announcement of some interesting projects in the next 6 months.
