We recently procured AK Engineering Consultants to engage in the detailed design of the Zuvela Estate. Forming part of the town planning, acoustic, irrigation, hydrological, environmental and landscape consulting team, they delivered a bulk earthworks and drainage design that has received strong support.

The City of Cockburn has expressed their approval for the design, thus steering the development towards an early August construction date. The Department of Environment also cleared the site for unrestricted use, thus providing the full go ahead for the project.
