We have recently identified an opportunity to create an additional grouped housing lot on the Zuvela Estate. The project is presently under construction and due completion in late February. If course, this means that we will have to embark on the usual structure plan and subdivision approval exercises, but it would offer an extra selling point to the estate. The location of the lot would be situated adjacent to the public open space, it would also mean that the total estate area would be enlarged.

The local council has given their support for the structure plan and it is due to be advertised in late February. We do not anticipate any delays as the affected landowners have been consulting and are on board. We are also rethinking the final design of the "new" public open space and anticipate that it will offer greater amenity to the over plan.
